It's been a month since I applied for a personal loan at tata capital, first they mentioned that it's approved and the process takes upto 14 days. I did mention about my last experience and finally they ditched me stating that the offer was expired. The executive convinced me saying that this time such a thing would not happen. But this time again my application has been kept as post entry data approval.
I am tired of calling the customer care to get the same repetitive answer. If they transfer your call to sales department the call is kept on hold for 30 mins and then it is automatically disconnected. I must have lost hundreds of rupees just calling the customer care now. Their applications just bring down our credit score nothing else. There is no proper resolution or answers e even after mailing the customer care. I seriously think it's high time tata capital buckle up on their customer service. I am definately not trusting them or their services anymore. Next time I get a call for a pre approved loan from them I am sure to give them an earful.
