Tata Capital — Personal loan / e-mandate completed

Dear team,

I received call from one your executive saying that I have a pre approved personal loan / took my kyc as well as 6 months banking /

After that they completed e- mandate and told me funds will be in my account in 24 hours . But till now not received and customer service people don’t have any idea about that and simply giving template answers like wait for 24 hours .

Pathetic part is, application is displaying my next emi date as 05 April 2023/

Now do I need to start paying emi amount for which the loan is not yet disbursed
