Tata Capital — Personal Loan foreclosure letter issue delaying

I have availed a personal loan Rs.100000 on 23/08/2021, Current principal outstanding amount is Rs. 7, 84, 342.
I would like to foreclosure this loan by this week So I want to know the details of the foreclosure amount to pay to close this loan?

For this, I have already raised a request[protected] dated 05-Jan-22, got an email from customer care as like within 6 days they will get back with the details.

but almost 5 days have been completed, still no call from customer service regarding this.

I have visited the branch to get the foreclosure details but they also said customer service will provide the details within 2 days then you can close the loan.
When a customer wants to close the loan, why are you not providing the details to customers?
Why are you taking more time for this? If you are taking time then customers need to pay interest for the period.
What is this stupid process? I want to close this loan by week so you need to provide the details by today or tomorrow at max.
very very worst service. don't take any loans from this kind of NBFCs.
