Good Evening. As per our previous discussion with Tata Capital Representative over telephone, i have paid the two pending payments date :- 19/12/2017(Receipt Number :- PH 92705) & 31/12/2017(Receipt Number :- PH 92723) and there is no pending emi payment from my end. As i am out of Station due to my job which is already informed Tata Capital Representative. After clearing all pending payment on Dec, 2017 from my home, they have issued a letter of ""SUMMON TO AN ACCUSED PERSON"-Case Number :- CS/73301/17)" on Jan, 2018. which is received by my aged parents at home on 11/01/2018. We are really shocked and harassed after getting that type of letter from M/s Tata Capital after clearing all the pending payment.Will you kindly brief me the matter by tomorrow over email?
