[Resolved] Tata Capital — personal loan, worst way of conveying information | |||
Dear team, I have applied for personal loan through you in tata capital - application id[protected]. - on 30th october The response from the bank is very slow, they initially confirmed that they will finish all the process and approve in two days, and it was upto this week, Executive from tata capital called me and received all my personal informations and the documents, finally today they are calling me and informing (Demanding) that they can able to provide less the amount that i have asked, and saying sorry for the inconvenience. Whatever my eligibility criteria, first my loan amount it was fixed by bank bazaar ream and the tata capital also accepted that, later after ten days - getting all my documents the credit team are demanding and said cant able to approve. This is really worst way of response and totally a cheating work, of getting all my personal details and documents and simply saying sorry for the inconvenience. First i want a quick response from any team and to delete all my documents from the bank bazaar and tata capital system database immediately, otherwise i will surely take this matter legally.
