Tata Capital — Re: Complaint against TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd.- Personal Loan A/c No. TCFPL[protected]

Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail after approaching all the levels of grievance redressal provided by TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd where no resolution has been suggested to me for the inconvenience caused to me due to the irresponsible actions of the staff of Tata Capital. I wish to say that I have been constantly facing harassment due to irresponsible actions of staff of TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd, as they had used their rights in wrongful manner causing me financial damages as described below:

1. That I had applied for a personal loan from TCFSL (Tata Capital) through TATA NEU App, which was successfully granted to me on 9th April 2022 and the funds were credited to my Savings Bank account on 11th April 2022. - Copy of Loan Sanction/Welcome Letter attached.

2. That thereafter I tried to transact an online financial transaction on 13th April 2022 on my ICICI savings bank account, which failed and I was not able to get through any online transaction. Due to which I contacted my bank branch where I was informed that the Tata Capital has requested the bank to mark Lien to my Savings Bank account and my account is Freezed.

3. That after knowing this I requested my banker, ICICI bank, to provide me with written information about this so that I can get this issue resolved with TATA Capital. My banker had provided me with a copy of mails received from TATA Capital.- Copy of mail from Tata Capital to ICICI Bank instructing to assign Lien to my Savings A/c is attached for your reference.

4. That after receiving the copy of mail, I wrote an email on 13th April 2022 to Mr. Dinesh Parkar @dinesh.[protected]@tatacapital.com and [protected]@tatacapital.com, explaining them that the request for Lien given by them to my banker is wrong and I requested them to withdraw their request as soon as possible, since I was in urgent need of funds.- Copy of mails attached.

5. That after not receiving any response from Tata Capital I wrote follow up emails on 16th April, 19th April, 21st April, 25th April, 26th April, 27th April, 29 April, 3rd May, 5th May and 9th May 2022.

6. That after all these e-mails I had received a First reply on 29th April 2022, wherein Tata Capital had asked for my PAN Card copy, which I had provided on mail itself. After that I had received a mail on 4th May 2022 having claimed that I possessed multiple PAN Cards therefore I had fraudulently taken this loan.- Copy of mail communication is attached.

7. That on receiving such mail having allegation of Fraud, I responded back to TATA Capital having all of their escalation authorities in CC twice on that I do not possess multiple PAN Cards and if they have any information regarding the same then kindly provide the same to me so that I can also cancel them and will return the money back to Tata Capital. But no reasonable reply was received from Tata Capital.- Copy of mail communication is attached

8. That in addition to this my another loan EMI from Bajaj Finance got bounced due to my Freezed bank account, and they have also charged dishonour charges to my loan account as well. Screenshots of EMI Dishonour are attached.

9. That after all these mail communication I have been receiving constantly threatening phone calls from TATA Capital staff to return the money before the credit period and to pay interest on full principal amount, even when I had not been able to withdraw the full money due to the Lien assigned to my Savings Account. Screenshots of call logs and Messages received are also attached.

10. That I have attached the Copy of all mail communications that took place between me and the staff of TATA Capital Financial Services Ltd, for your kind perusal and observations.

I most respectfully request you to kindly take an appropriate action in this regard and issue necessary directives to Tata Capital to make good all the damages suffered by me and also to penalise them for their illegitimate deeds while mentally harassing a bonafide customer on wrong and fake grounds.
