[Resolved]  Tata Capital — Recovery harassment

I lost my job in October 2022 and father had brain stroke in September 2022. Despite sharing all facts and proofs with Tata capital recovery team yet I am getting threats and visits from recovery goons sent by Tata capital. The recovery leader Ms. Rinku and field executive are threatening for abusive and harsh recovery if emi is not paid by 20.01.2023. The loan was taken in May 2022 and I have cleared all my emi until Dec 2022. The mental torture by the recovery team and field executives is increasing day by day and they are forcefully asking me every time to mention a date on call to repay. Multiple visits have happened at my residence from recovery goons who threaten me and my family. We have been surviving on the mercy of friends and relatives since October 2022 yet I was managing to pay my emi as well. In December I got a new job with a lesser salary and so approached Tata capital and gave request for loan restructuring by email, by hand and by post also with all medical emergency proofs of my father and my job loss as well.

ALL MY REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS TO TATA CAPITAL AND RBI OMBUDSMAN ARE REJECTED WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON. IS THERE SOMEONE AT RBI OR TATA CAPITAL TO HELP ME OUT. I AM UNABLE TO BEAR THE TORTURE BY RECOVERY TEAM WHICH IS FORCING ME TO TAKE ADVERSE STEPS. NEED HELP.
