[Resolved] Tata Capital — Refund not received. | |||
Ordered a pair of sneakers for INR 3, 200 on 4th October 2020 and the product was cancelled on 17th October by Tata Cliq itself, stating that the package was misplaced in some warehouse. I agreed for the refund initiation and now on 24th October 2020, I still haven't received the refund. The customer service is very poor as they are not even picking up the call. And whenever they call me, according to them they have already refunded the amount but I haven't received any refunded amount. They have also provided an ARN code but my bank can't track the transaction through that given number. Its been more than 20 days and I want money back as soon as possible.
