[Resolved] Tata Capital — Refusal to foreclose my loan account | |||
I have a home loan account with Tata Capital Housing finance Ltd, today I went to their office at Lajpat Nagar New Delhi branch for foreclosure of my loan account alongwith the cheque of balance loan amount. The receptionist refused to accept my cheque and refused to foreclose my loan account. When I talked to the senior officer, he also refuse to accept my cheque and foreclose the loan account. They made me run from pillar to post but nobody hear me. This is very shameful behaviour of Tata Capital employees. I want to foreclose my loan account as soon as possible before expiry of my cheque within two days. Ply help. Was this information helpful? | |||
