[Resolved] Tata Capital — regarding foreclosure and lod

I have raised a request 06927809 for foreclosure letter and lod for which i was promised that will be received in 14 working days. I was then promised that i would receive the documents by 11th march 2018 monday by 7:00 pm which they failed to amend on and the request was closed commenting as resolved. This kind of service is unacceptable by a firm like yours. I demand for immediate action and delivery of my required documents.

Updated by Suraj Kovoor This is turning a nightmare for me... At the time of the request I was not told that the closure for home loan account and top up account has to be raised separately. I mean who does that, if I require a the submitted document then of course both the loans needs to be closed. I was again forced to generate a new request for top up loan account on 10 March 2018, request number 8555973. They again said that it would take another 14 Working days even after me informing them that I have already sold my flat and have raised priority request. I would appreciate if I receive the said documents before 23rd March 2018.
