[Resolved]  Tata Capital — tata housing loan - not getting pmay subsidy

Hello team,

I have taken first loan fron tata capital housing ltd, for my first house in naigaon east, vasai palghar, thane 401208, maharashtra.

Before i was closing my home loan confirned with eligibility of "pradhanmantri awas yojna" with customer care and branch person ms. Tejal but they said, you are not eligible for that cause you have taken loan on 2015, after closing my loan i got to know through my colleague he was taken a loan on 2015, just now i confirmed with customer care mr. Jay, i could eligible for subsidiary which i have taken loan on 2015, which is i have not got.

This is my 1st home, if i had not getting subsidiary
