Tata Cliq — incorrect product details provided about the jewellery and not processing my return and refund

Hi,
Before buying gold earrings from tata cliq, i had spoken to them and had clarified my doubt if the ruby on the earrings were real or fake. They said its real ruby. When i ordered them, and received them, i found out that they were red garnet and not rubies. I have been calling them 20 times a day since 8 days, but they are not returning the product back. I now have fake rubies and my money is stuck with them
