Tata Cliq — jewellery | |||||
I have placed order on 10th october amount debited from my account and i got message that payment failed. After giving call to customer care so many times amount not reflected into my account. I have all records regarding order purchase and also audio recording of customer care. Tata cliq representative told me that will be reflected within 2 to 4 working days but after waiting for more than 12 days amount not reflected into my bank account. I give them a call so many times but i does get any resolution only tata cliq representative asking for more time. Still i am waiting for amount. I have attached statement as well order details.
