I ordered a washing machine from Tata Cliq app on 20 January, 2022, I paid Rs. 24198 via debit card. The status was order confirmed and then it changed to order in process. The delivery date was 24 January. I did not receive any call, notification or any updates on app regarding the delivery, so on 25th I called them and the customer care executive told me that the order was rejected on 20 January itself. But still now the order tracking shows that the order is confirmed and is in process. And the money was already deducted on 20th January, I was never informed and they have kept the money for 5 days and counting, money refund not even started.
This is fraudulent, offering fake service and keeping people's money. It is not a small amount of money and hence I decided to reach out to you.
I need a refund with compensation for the loss and fraud of keeping money for so long without informing, and a sorry letter.
