Tata Cliq — Payment made but product not delivered

Online payment was made on 5th Feb 2021 for the swipe slate 2 tablet. Order was confirmed but did not processed. I called to their customer care on 8th Feb 2021 and registered my complaint. They assured me the problem will resolved in 3 working days. Every time when I called them, they said minimum 3 days required but didn't resolved my issue. Also, i can not cancel the product from my online account. Today they mailed me regarding closing of 1 complaint and they stated wrong Order ID in the mail. My order ID is[protected] and Transaction ID is [protected]

Updated by aganiveshogale Yes, definitely you will sent such massage to keep your reputation. It is clearly written in the complainant against the TATA cliq online shopping portal. I am going to file a complaint against such fraud people in consumer court. Then give your all clarification
