Tata Cliq — Received fake disgusting dirty used local shoes from tata cliq - no refund/replacment provided

I placed an order on Tata CLiQ on 23 October 2025 for a pair of Nike Downshifter 13 (Blue, UK 8).
The parcel was delivered on 30 October 2025 by seller Sri Sai Enterprises, Jharkhand.

I received a completely fake, disgusting, dirty, used, and local pair of shoes.

It has now been over three weeks as of 14 Nov 2025 with no resolution, no replacement, and no refund.
I have lost both time and money, missed an important occasion, and have been mentally exhausted by the continuous false assurances and delays.

I demand:
Immediate refund of ₹4, 295 (MRP) and/or dispatch of an original Nike Downshifter 13 (UK 8) in the same blue colour.
