I have received the faulty laptop from tatacliq on 4th of June and placed a return request on 6th of June... later I got a call from someone to get the job sheet for the same defect...
I said I don’t have time as I have to visit the service centre during my working hours ... if it is really required I may need to go get when it is possible to me .. CC guy agreed to it... later I asked him a question that it is stated that product can be replaced within 7 days of delivery, but what happens if I cross this 7 days to get the job sheet as I was out of station for some days.. later he said return registered date will be considered for return ie 6th Jun..
As per that I got the job sheet (attached here) on Jun 23rd and submitted it .. now they are giving the reason that I have crossed the return period..
Here CC acts just to escape the current situation because every time new guy will receive the call and he or she will tell you the same thing..
I did multiple follow ups from mails and calls no response yet ..
also I wanted to go through the return policy whether these things are there or not.. but there is no return policy transparent..
Here CC guys fooling us saying they will take care of the things but nothing is working out..
Really I’m frustrated with this service.. who wants to have faulty product for the amount paid...! I didn’t robbed that money from someone to waste on faulty product..
PS till now I haven’t used that laptop.
This is not a fair ebusiness ... please help me to get a good product or money back ... hope to get response at least from this..
