Name of the company - tatacliq, product type- carrier 1 ton split ac, order no- [protected], date of order - 26th june 2019, amount paid - rs.28, 066.50 (Online payment through sbi debit card), arn number - [protected], payment reference no.[protected] on 15th july 2019, present status- paid amount not refunded,
Grievance details: i had ordered above mentioned product from tatacliq on 26th june 2019 and paid rs.28, 066.50. Due to different model and damaged product i had returned the product and they picked it up on 12th july 2019 and i was supposed to get refund from the company. As per company, they process for the refund on 15th july 2019 but the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet (Sbi bank a/c no.[protected], golabbag branch). Then i nad contacted to the company and they gave him arn number and payment reference number but the bank is unable to track through arn number. He sent his bank's statement to the company but still they are saying that they refunded the amount. I wants the refund as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
