It had been 3 weeks almost, since they had committed to refund the debited money value of 3900rs to the source account. No solution given!
So many support calls, appended emails, grievance officer co ordination- These are all, I had been doing but they are dragging things and they are just saying repeatedly same reasoning as (automated refund failed, finance team manually processing) so and so!
They had never delivered the product as well for a week firstly. Refund generated upon on cancelling 3 weeks ago, SO If we consolidate- been 1 month I am tangled
They are just procrastinating and has very poor process protocol, product etiquette.
I had paid last month cc due to this unwantedly, and now another bill is being generated. Was this information helpful? |
