I have purchase two sandisk pen drives, each of 16 GB. One of the pen drive is damaged and not being detected by any computer ( I tried for at least 5 computers and in both Windows and Linux OS). The Order ID is:[protected] and complaint is registered under the reference number [protected]. One customer care representative contacted me 3 days ago assuring to take necessary steps within next 48 hours, but 72 hours has gone and they did not take any action. Moreover their shopping site's arrangement is such that it is not giving any option to claim replace or refund. Was this information helpful? |
