Tata Cliq — Regarding cancelling the order without customers approval


I have placed the order on 19th Jan 2017 and order id is[protected] and payment mode was COD. First of all this order was not shipped till 4 days from the date of purchase, when followed up with customer care they said they will keep it on priority and will get it dispatched soon. But again there was no update and when i checked order status one of the sub order got auto cancelled. When followed up again with customer care, they said that the items that i ordered are not in the condition in the data warehouse to be delivered to you.

So my concern are listed below in sequence :
1. If it's not available then why was it listed in the shopping list ?
2. And if it is not available then why didn't i get update from customer service in max two days and why did i got the update only when i called customer care that too after 5 working days?

3. Why was order cancelled without asking me as i am the customer ?

4. There was 3 sub orders in that order. Did all 3 were not in condition to be delivered ?
It didn't seems to me practical. Even both the tyres of bicycle don't get puncture at the same time.

The conclusion is these guys wasted my whole time from ordering to waiting to follow up with customer and ended up with auto cancellation after 7 days with no single stuff in my hand giving silly reasons and ending up with just a sorry.

Don't try to fool customers, value their time and be truthful.

If you are brand then maintain your standards accordingly.

There should be penalty as this seems to me the case of cheating.
