Tata Cliq — return not initiated and did not got my refund

I have bought luna blu by westside black wedge sandals with order no.[protected] and it was delivered to me on time, but, due to size issue i have to return it by my own through courier company. The product was delivered to seller name trent india pvt. Ltd. And inspite of product has delivered i did'nt got my refund. The return or exchange services are very poor. Please help me with my refund as soon as possible.
