Purchased item and it is a defective piece and sound quality is not at all good. When asked for return they were not accepting return and replacement. Item is faulty. I raised immediately after getting item without any delay after testing. Service people also not at all helpful to the customer. And they ar asking me to goto product service center and do repairing. This is not fair as i purchased online and they also have 7day return policy. Was this information helpful? |
