I have ordered a starbucks tumbler on 18 Jan 2022. I placed a return request on 28 Jan 2022, which was picked up on 30 Jan 2022 and reached to seller on 4th Feb 2022 via Delhivery courier arranged by Tata Cliq.

The person who picked up the product, checked the product for quality and tumbler was absolutely fine.
On 7th feb 2022 when I called Tata cliq, they informed that seller has failed the quality check.
Now, I have been following up regularly by calling Tata cliq since 8th Feb 2022 and They have been saying that they don’t have any response from the seller on this and hence they cannot return my money.
I just want to understand that if product was fine when it was picked up why Am I being punished for that?
This is extremely unacceptable for me.
I want a refund ASAP as Tata Cliq is illegally retaining my money for no fault of mine.
