I was asked to pay some amount for FFS recovery through online transfer. I have paid the due amount for FFS recovery and uploaded the screenshot on TCS alumni portal. But there is no response/progress on the ticket I raised. It has been 40+ days of my exit from TCS and almost 20 days of my FFS payment. I do not know how do I approach the team as there is no contact provided on the portal. It would be great if it can be handled in priority.
