The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

FFS recovery amount paid, still did not receive experience letter and service letter
I was asked to pay some amount for FFS recovery through online transfer. I have paid the due amount for FFS recovery and uploaded the screenshot on TCS alumni portal. But there is no response/progress on the ticket I raised. It has been 40+ days of my exit from TCS and almost 20 days of my FFS payment. I do not know how do I approach the team as there is no contact provided on the portal. It would be great if it can be handled in priority.br...

My name is Krishnaveni. I 'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 6/21 .
I would need a new card but unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

I got this card when I joined TCS .
