My alumni registration process was failed i don't know the particular reason. so i submitted multiple helpdesk tickets regarding the alumni registration but no response yet.

I found a mail id in seperation kit. I mailed to them regarding this and it has been resolved by them

I have tried to register in alumni portal
But I am not able to register and i am getting message like "relieving date is Incorrect". I have given my last working day date (November 2022) and this is correct only .
Please kindly help me to resolve the issue
