Iam an ex employee of TCS given below are my details, Name : Methunkumar kumarraja Date of joining : 18 July 2022 Date of relieving : 06 Sep 2022 Employee Id : 2450616 Personal mail id : methun.[protected]@gmail.com My alumni registration process was failed i don't know the reason. so i submitted multiple helpdesk tickets regarding the alumni registration but no response. one of the recently created ticket no. 975349 Was this information helpful? Nov 29, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Contacted customer support they asked me to send an email, so I did after that I tried register in alumni portal again, after two days it was completed. Now when I login and see the tickets I have created, For some tickets are they provided response but i never got those responses. Tata Consultancy Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
