As being permanent employee of TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, and ex-alumni would like to bring to notice on contradiction on Service agreement terms where husband and wife are employed as Contract and permanent employees in the same company, in the same Client and Project. May be due to Diversity and Inclusion the Account manger really dont know they are husband and wife and communication should not be forged as have worked extensively on chat protocols and legal boundaries as in Invesment banking and equity research T&C's, Not sure at first from how HR will identify as they married after becoming team members and can they continue working in same Project Billing Code after marriage is questionalbe and regrettably denied and should be shifted rather they have been moved to onsite and which is another contradictory clause from management perspective, There could be discrimination on Language and region enforced by Supervisors.
Where there needs to be removed and re-assigned after change in maritial status they are allowed to continue, hope they are not trying to Co-forge, De-forge, Re-forge, As personal front he is subject to discussing as friends at home as he is my neighbour and he has some commercial holdings which he should not discuss with co-eompoyees which is vioalation of terms about his shares in CoffeCafeDay, TheHindu Editor etc
