Hi. I know you value integrity in your company. However, I felt betrayed. I actually applied for a non voice account but I was left dumbfounded when I confirmed with Miss Divine that the account assigned to me is a voice account. During the initial and final interview, I was never told that it is a voice account. All along, I thought it was non voice as posted in one the job portals where I submitted my application. It left me with no choice but still pursue the job because of the time I invested with this application process and I badly need a job as I had been vacant for almost 3 months looking for a job that I really want. It is just disappointing how this one turns out. From the beginning, recruiters and the interviewers were not very transparent. If only they told us earlier, atleast I could have applied to somewhere near to my place. Your company provides good compensation and benefits, I guess. However, it just doesn’t felt right to me. I truly feel that they were dishonest. I already reached out to Miss Divine regarding my concern. Sadly, the explanation she gave me left me unsatisfied. By the way, it was not only me who were shocked, 3 of my colleagues were also anticipating that this was a non voice account. How could you make this thing right? Hoping for your kind response.
