I raised a support request to fix a technical problem related to my CPL Application, however I am unable to submit my Application due to short of hours. Its been 2 months since I raised the Issue with the TCS EGCA Team, however they are still not able to fix the problem even after giving so much clarification. I have been trying to take the follow ups from their Toll Free Number [protected] but I only received Standard Responses from their staff member Ms Nidhi. She would only tell me every-time that the case is on priority and she will personally talk to the back end team to work on it urgently. I gave enough time to them to fix the issue but if I do not submit my application in time, I will be forced to pay additional amount of 5 to 6 Lakhs to qualify for submitting the application. I tried to give a solution to them, that is If they provide me a letter which says that the problem cannot be fixed and allow the applicant to submit the application offline then I can straightway submit my Application to DGCA offline. Then the case will close automatically and everyone will be happy, however they are not willing to do so. In this situation, I have no other option but to officially raise a complaint so that someone can help me find a solution to this problem.
