Tata Consultancy Services — Final settlement and experience letter not received

Hello All,

My last working day was on 27th july, still I haven't received my final settlement and experience letter. My seperation officer not even acknowledged my emails, not receiving call. I even raised tickets in alumni portal, but they are asking me to check with seperation officer. My current employer need my certificate letter. Not sure what to do.
