My son is an employee of TCS since the last 7 years. In November 2020, he moved to the Toronto Canada branch. For the past 3 months, he has been out of touch and is struggling with mental health issues. Since August, he has also stopped working and we are really worried for him. We are trying to stay in touch with him but he has been very hard to reach. The company, instead of helping him in this situation is threatening to fire him. The manager and HR are doing nothing to reach out to him personally or go and talk to him. We want to go to Canada ASAP but the long visa waiting list is not allowing us to do so. The behaviour of this company towards one of their best employees is absolutely inhumane. They are blaming him instead of doing anything to check on his mental or physical well being.
