Hello TCS onboarding team,

I got the offfer letter from TCS in Feb and immediately I resigned in my current organization. My TCS joining date is 5th June. Suddenly I saw my DOJ has been changed to 24th July. Just before my Last working day 26th may with my current organization.

I checked with my recruiter and they mentioned it's TCS corporate decision and we can not do anything.

Currently I am on exit path in my current organization. I am single earner and having lot of financial liabilities.

How TCS as a global brand can do such things .on the basis of TCS offer I have not looked for other opportunities.

I am requesting TCS HR please look into this issue asap . This is not acceptable from TCS as a global brand.
