I have query regarding SPARSH pension profile that is created by TCS but it is not fully completed. Where can I escalate this? Is there any email id where I can send email. My mom is not receiving her pension since last 3 months because her profile under her login id is not created properly, there is no next option so that can be submitted and through manage profile we can update her bank details.
