I have been trying to submit my pf withdrawal application through tcs alumini and every time it shows an error while submitting, it's been over a week that i have been raising tickets and there has been no response. On submitting my complain again i got a response yesterday saying that i should send the application by post where they have not even mentioned the address of the office branch where i need to post. This is sheer carelessness on the helpdesk team. I've got married recently and have shifted to dubai and i'm not allowed to work anymore that is the reason i'm withdrawing my pf amount which i need urgently. So please understand that i'm in dubai and need proper communication on this and with proper resolution.

Tata Consultancy Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had lost my Food Plus card, i am a TCS associate, could you block the card and issue the new card.Also my old card has balance money in that account around Rs. 700.
Could you please transfer the amount in the new card. I am waiting for you response.
