I am an ex-employee of Tata Consultancy Services and my last working day was on 4th of October 2022. Till the last day I have been checking my company mail for any TCS Alumni portal in order to get registered in that portal and get my service and relieving letter with Full Final Settlement but didn't received, So one my ex-colleague of TCS shared me the link in order to help me to get registration in alumni portal but since that it's showing as below after I followed their registration process:
"Dear Ms. Nandi Sneha,
Thank you for registering with TCS Alumni Portal. Your registration information has been processed. However details provided by you are not matching with the one we had during your tenure at TCS.
We are sorry to inform you that we can not make your account active.
You can reach us through "Contact Us" link in the Alumni Portal Login Page if you have any further query."
Even though I registered and raised ticket to "ContactUs" for 3 times as per mentioned above, the same thing happened repeatedly even though I have put correct details and team is not considering my issue, it is very important for me to get my belongings as mentioned above.
My last ticket raised was
"TCS Alumni Portal: Ticket No. 953867 has been registered successfully under TCS Alumni Portal - Login Failure".
Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
