Tata Consultancy Services — Service Certificate and relieving letter not received

Hi have left TCS 2 months back but I have not received my service certificate and reliving letter yet. I am not able to find these documents on alumni portal also. I have raised two tickets in alumni portal for the same but no response yet. Please help me get these two documents, I am urgent need.
