Tata Consultancy Services — TCS Induction Mail Not received

My Date of joining is on 3 July 2023. I have not received any Induction Mail. Further HR is not responding to anything. I have submitted all the documents. Today, when I called HR she told that bgc is negative and she received that mail today only and you will not able to join. She told this over Truecaller App Chat system. Not recieved anything official
