Tata Consultancy Services — TN14B3279 - OMR MyTVS Service center

I have given my car for insurance claim through MyTVS - OMR and the advisor name is Mr.Martin - [protected] and his supervisor Mr.Balaji - [protected].

Martin called me on saturday and informed to vehicle will be ready on Monday. Same time, have requested him to do carburator cleaning and Break light issue who informed to that he will complete. After that there was no call and i have called him on Monday around 3Pm, he did not attend the call. After one hour I called him for the status who attended my call and car can be delivered evening. I I have asked him the carburator cleaning and breaklight issue who told me to wait 2 minutes and call you back.

I was waiting at my home for the call till 6.30PM i did not get the call and called him but my call was not attended and also called Mr.Balahi again he did not attend my call.

After 6.30PM - I came out for my personal work and called him from outside who attended my call. I asked him that you supposed return my call in 2 minutes why you did not call me back. He said that the particular person was on leave... My question to him is that this information should have been informed to me immediately so that i can go ahead with my work instead of waiting for the call to take delivery of the car. Immediately his tone was changed and Am not responsible for repair work and he cannot answer for my question.

If he is not responsible, on saturday itself he should have informed me and monday when I called him as well. My question was that you are advisor for my car service/repaid but you are saying something else.

Immediately, he used unparlimentary/vulgar words work and disconncted my call which I never expected from TVS group. When I droped my car to TVS there were 2 other service providers behind me to get the car for service. I have clearly told Mr.Balaji, I was ex TVS group employee with the trust - Am giving to you for the service.

Again I called him, his Manager attended my call and informed all the senario what was happened and vulgar words used by Mr.Martin - Advisor. Mr.Kishore who promised that he will discuss with Martin and call back in 10 minutes time.

But till now, Mr.Kishore did not called me... it is pending till now. I strongly feel that this is SERIOUS MATTER - using VULGAR WORDS and shouting the customer.

Hope the management will look into this seriously.
