Tata Consultancy Services — Unable to apply new food card because left the company

Hi Team,

I have lost my hdfc food card but, I couldn't raise for new food card because i have left the organisation(tcs) and to raise new card request needs OTP from company's mail address that is where im stuck to get a new card and i really need money which is in my foodcard.

I want new hdfc food card immedietly.
