Tata Consultancy Services — unable to login to the alumni portal

I tried logging into tcs alumni portal and faced a new issue - "you are not an authenticated user". I've tried changing the password and even re-registering for the portal. I need to submit my pf withdrawal form in order to confirm the full and final settlement has been successfully settled. Please rectify this issue asap as i need to do the above by 4th oct. 2019.
