In Kattuputhr Sub registrar office, Trichy District the Xerox machine was out of order from[protected].Complaint was made to TCS Ticket No 65159, personally contacted by the SRO's personnel as well as by the customers of SRO off ice to the following phone Nos [protected], [protected] but response was very poor, then finally one day they told to contact TRICHy office, but they were not taking even phone calls from SRO office, On[protected] and they took phone and replied irresponsibly that similar problem is in 6 zones and it will take more time.
TCS is No1 company India, we didn't expect such poor service from this company .This problem is even not in software.
Due to the above Public got affected, the Pain is not felt by your Trichy office.
