Hi,
This is ashwini, my photon postpaid no:[protected]. Actually from 15 may 2016 to 4 jue 2016 billed me as 3g speed with 772 billed and i have cleared that bill as per due date. But after 4 june 2016 to 5 july 2016 received 2g speed internet then would sent me a billing amount as 3g speed i. E1139. I am not bother about billing but issue is in speed of the internet. When i called to customer care they didn't responds properly and they have disconnected my call. So i am not satisfied with tata photon plus services. Compare to tata services other services getting good approach to me.
Could you please sent me status of the issue.

    Hi Team, I am using Lenovo phone and getting Dive in pop up notification every day. It is irritating that I have to press cancel tab 10 to 15 times to get rid of it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Though I have not opted for any of your dove in services these irritating pop up window continues to appear. My phone number is [protected].

    Dear Customer, we tried to speak to you personally on your number. However, the same was not possible as the call was not answered. We would like to inform you that in order to stop the flash messages which you are receiving, we request you to turn off the service messages option in the message settings of your handset as Message settings > push/flash/service messages > receiving options > off mode. However you may also visit mobile service centre for better assistance regarding the same. Kindly note that the flash message you are receiving is a feature based on handset support. It can be deactivated through the DIVE-IN option available as pop up/push messages in your handset. You will get the deactivation option to cancel this service. If still face same concern visit mobile service centre for further proceedings.

          Hello,
          I am regular customer of Tata Docomo. I am using post paid card since last 2 year, 1st year they provide proper service. After 1 and half year they start adding fake charges. Every alternative bill they add Voice Portal charges with number as 54321. They did not mention duration of call(time in sec ) only unit of call with out any detail only charges of 179Rs.
          It's kindly request you to take strictly action against such fake charges.

            Low 3g internet speed

            I have been using tata docomo internet connection from past 2 years and have been a loyal customer. Last time i recharged 196rs to get 1.5gb 3g data. But i can only get 2g speed but not 3g. I cannot proceed with online transactions and i have been cheated with 2g speed even if i have paid for 3g connection. With great difficulty i have been trying to use 800mb. But cannot use the entire 1.5gb within the expiry time. Hence, to sum up, tata...

              i was requested to tata docomo for change my address but no any positive feed back from tatadocomo side so much harrsah this people and katepuram chowk showroom and i was sumbited document 20 june 2016 and gallery was proceed complaint 25 june 2016 and customer care said complaint will be closed as 1/7/2015 but again called customer care and gallery he said complaint against close 5/7/2015 no any inquiry and please i request to you solve my address change problem

                I have been trying to port to Airtel from Tata Docomo. I'm unable to send the port out message from my phone. The message always fails to get delivered to 1900. So i do not receive the UPC code. When i complained at Tata Docomo.Customercare theu told me they cannot do anything as these things are taken care of by TRAI. Mesaages to 1900 and any other problems are solved by TRAI and tata docomo is unable to help me. I really want to change to Airtel as there is very low reception of range here for docomo and poor customer care service's

                    I had connected broadband..since from 15june 2016 but its being a long time i dont have internet acess in my area due to some cable issue i had complaint atleast 4times but then also i m not getting any solution for that so i m giving u ultimatem to solve out my problem in 24hrs otherwise i gonna disconnect my broadband connection and i need refund bcoz m not use your net since i had connected. So take it seriously and solve out my problem as soon as possible.

                          I am Dashraj Singh Rathore from Dhar, Madhya Pradesh and my Porting no. [protected]. Sir as per procedure of mobile number portability I got UPC code...and after that I submitted my documents to my desired service provider Idea...when he request to Tata Docomo for porting and submit documents and request them...after that Tata Docomo reject idea request and gave region that, Tata Docomo call to customer and customer not want to port out...when I call to Docomo custmer Care and talk to representative he say to me...we are not getting any request (Documents) for porting from idea...this is first time..after some day...I again process for porting agin get new UPC code and submit documents to Idea...idea again request to Tata Docomo and again Docomo cancelled request of porting...and gave same reason to them...dear Mam I am not get any coll from Docomo related it...it's totally unfair... I get cancelation msg to idea by mail and send it to you...to check how many time I request for that...every time he cancel request of porting...Mam I want my no. Port in idea...and want to complaint against...it..

                                  Was using tatadocomo number [protected] from 2012.in month of april 2016 requested for its disconnection and did not wanted to continue with it. also, changed to mail id for further communication. recently when switched on the phone again found the connection was active also when check older mail id there were bills. again did a complaint on 13 june regarding this and told all the calls to be made on by number [protected]. after 3-4 days of follow-up they did the alternate number update, new mail id is not updated till now. also, still they keep on calling on [protected] not sure to what they are upto. below is the ticket raised on tata docomo:[protected].
                                  Today i see the ticket getting closed stating that the query is resolved stating "hi! issue reported is resolved & account has been updated.". i do not know how they close a query saying it is resolved without contacting the customer.
                                  Seems like they only know how to cheat and fraud with customer.

                                  Hi amit, as per the conversation had with our team, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and we assure you that your problem is being addressed.in this regards, we value your feedback and your views will be escalated to the higher management as feedback of the customer which will be helpful in increasing the pro-activeness for the agents. further, we request you to kindly revert us with your updated email id for the needful to be done. also, as per the complaint vide docket number[protected], we will provide you that billing adjustment for the non usage charges. hence, post the billing adjustment you can raise your request for the billing adjustment.

                                  [protected]@gmail.com is the mail id for any future communication. also, request you to open the ticket as closed means issue is resolved. similar thing i am seeing for ticket[protected] closed with resolution "hi! issue reported is resolved & account has been updated." request your team to please open the tickets and provide a resolution.

                                    I had requested Tata photon to put my number on hold for 3 months over phone, the CSR confirmed at that time that it will be done. But later they billed for the month that I had asked for being put on hold and when I called to clarify the girl who spoke to me was very rude to me and when I said that if this is the kind of service I am going to get, i should rather get the connection cancelled; on that she said, "its your choice". On hearing that I disconnected the call and later I found that she had initiated cancellation of my account. Then I lodged a complaint on their website, which got no response then I sent an email on [protected]@tatadocomo.com Again no response.
