Tata Group — sir I got this fake email id on the name of tata group

Sir i am a 4 year ee student from srm university. On 10 of april i got a fake mail id as shown in the given below
Dear candidate,

I am delighted to inform you that after screening your resume/cv, our selection committee is interested in interview with you for the suitable position.
We are going to conduct interview on 28th may, 2018 from 9am to 6pm.

Sir i unfortunately i have paid paid the amount of rs 550 and hence helpless. Plese help me to file a complaint so that strict action can be taken for such culprit. Iwould request you to take immediate strict action.
