I am Nishita Saxena, grand daughter of Shri Lata Saxena.
We had a Tata Docomo landline connection for our shop in the year 2005 at Alto porvorim, Goa.
Due to various reasons we had surrendered the machine and were promised the refundable amount. Since it's been years we also contacted the consumer forum which added on the refundable amount as per the delay.
It's now more than a decade and we haven't recieved any sort of communication from the Distributor ( Britanica india, S-2 merces apts. Near hanuman mandir firgurm bhat, Merces Goa). My grandmother, shri Lata Saxena wasn't keeping well trying to cope up with her old age and couldn't really take any help to get any sort of follow ups. I would like to take the initiative on her behalf.

Which is obviously switched off whenever called on.
Further to add on this I am attaching the receipt of deposit submitted along with the complaint copy addressed to Tata Indicom and the distributor.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
We expect help in such pandamics.
