I have paid 550rs for passport cover at passport seva kendra at begumpet on the date 05/10/2017. But till now i didnt received by passport cover. My prod code/colour is lr-p/black. I hope your company will soon solve my issue. Hoping that my complaint will soon be solved and i will receive my passport cover as soon as possible. Hello sir, i ordered passport cover at passport office in Lucknow on date 27/06/2018. but still i not received that cover even i got my passport earlier. here is prod code : PU-S/BLACK. so plz try to find out where passport cover has been stuck . and try to send on address as soon as possible .

Sir/Madam
I made a purchase of Rs. 550 from the Passport seva kendra and till date they have not sent a cover of Passport and now they are saying that we will not liable for the same, you can file a complaint against passport seva kendra office. I have a receipt also for the same.
