[Resolved] Tata Memorial Hospital — ct scans report not uploaded till now

Case no. Ck/27821 Name. Suneeta trakroo Service desc. Ct thorax + abdomen + pelvic Ct scans dtd.[protected] Report of ct scans done on 6/9/2019 not uploaded till now and could not be viewed on line. Due to delay of report could not visit hospital on appointment dated 09/09/2019 for follow-up. On 11/09/2019 at 8. A. M approached the concerned department were i was told that due to their fault for writing the wrong case no.in computer system the report is delayed and assured to rectify the mistake within 30 minutes. On the assurance i put my file for follow up and the doctor also talked over phone to radiology dept. For the report even then report remained awaited. Still the report not available online. Sep 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The online report of CT scan dated 06-09-2019 was finally uploaded today on 17-09-2019 after vigorous follow-up by visiting personally, lodging online complaint & calling customer care various times. Tata Memorial Hospital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 16, 2019 Updated by Predman It is strange that grevience dated 13/9/19 not resolved so far.
