Smart card statement

My self Anshad.s, I have done my surgery at TATA hospital on 19 October 2023, For the reimbursement propose i need to submit the smart card statement of (Rs.460842/-, Rs.33794/-), due to the bad health condition I can't come and collect my smart card statement, can you please share the smart card statement on the below email.

Case no. CU28185. Joya saha. CECT TAP Test was conducted on March 15, 24. But so far it's been 10 days I'm Monday then Wednesday and even today and my 3 year old child for 10/12 hours for the consent of doctor continuously waiting for hospital. I got to know that the report is not ready yet. As far as I know cect tap was reported in 3 days. But till now the doctor has not received the report. There is a lot of trouble with the little one. But your officials are not helping.

    I am posting this in regard to a pending CT scan report, we have tried all the possible ways to get the report of CT scan done on 05/12/2023. Report details are not available on the website and also they are not providing any film or report even after multiple requests.

    I have been chasing them for the last 45 days for the report but every time they give the excuse that we will get the report through a message, even on this tuesday(16-jan-24) I met them physically but did not get the report.

      They make the patient & relatives suffer like any thing with their apathetic and rogue behaviour. The comfort of patients is their last priority. The service boys order you to do their part of the job. It's hell out here. Circumstances bring the people here, but it's traumatic.

        They are busy watching serials and talking on personal phones. Kuch pucch lo to bolte next counter pr line lagao ye Mera kaam nhi hai. Jab kaam nahi hai to Ghar jao yaha kyu ho..patients ki majburi ka faayda utha rahe hai.. just coz hame zarurat hai help ki to waiting par rakhte hai. Ladkiyaa sirf phone pr rehti.. plz help

          The staff is busy chit chatting and do not pay attention to their work, they make the mistake and make the patients and their relatives suffer and when asked them for a valid reason they just ignore and don't listen to the patient just state their own point not accepting their own mistake. Behaviour is very rude and unacceptable, they start yelling if asked them the reason.

              Worst caring of patients is seen in this hospital. No one is replying properly. Waiting for doctor from 3 hours ago. But only reply is that doctor is on the way like he comes from another country. Misbehave by nurse staff. They are doing just gossips and if anyone comes to ask something they told I am not your servant if possible doctor comes otherwise leave from here and go to another hospital.

                To Tata Memorial Hospital,

                This is to bring to your notice about the rude and unethical behaviour by one of the nurse of Tata Memorial Hospital. I had a planned appointment for Chemotherapy for my mother Mrs. Prafulla Somaiya on 22nd June'2023 at 2pm. We had got bed number 628 (Annex building 6th floor) for the treatment. After the treatment was over, my mother mistakenly used staff changing room to change her clothes. When my mother came out of the changing room, one of the nurse asked us why did we use this room as it was meant to staff. To this we apologized and and also told that we will not repeat this again. Inspite of me and my mother saying sorry multiple times, the nurse just kept arguing to an extent that she started making personal comments by saying "ye log idhar aisa karte hain toh ghar pe kya karte hoge". These types of comments are totally not expected by the staff of such a reputed hospital. The nurse was very rude, arrogant through out the entire incident. Me and my mother accept our mistake and apologized for using the staff room but this doesn't justify the nurse to be rude and making such personal comments on patients and their families. This whole incident happened at 8pm after the Chemo treatment got over.

                I am simply demanding an apology from Tata Hospital's staff for this unethical behaviour. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the nurse, however would request my complain to be route to concerned authorities

                    Need support from higher management as my brother is cancer patient .
                    He is getting treatment since last 4 years from tata memorial hospital at lower Parel.

                    Now my health condition is not stable but doctors are not cooperating with proper treatment and referring other hospital for further surgery .
                    Now he is helpless as other hospital will not treat as he is a patient from tata.
                    My condition is deterring day by day, and financial no support at this condition.

                        I never seen such treatment where we are treating cancer patient calling them for opration and the same day doctor says that we might not so this opration tomorrow since alot of paitent are there who's opration is postponed and most pathetic statment given by your doctor which I never heard from any doctor in my enitre life that aap karlo admit kal dekhte hai hoga ki nahi nahi toh sidha next week karenge. Aur ek hi baar postpone hota hai haam 2 baar postpone nahi karte .

                        What kind of treatment you are giving to Cancer patients who is already gone through 4 chimos and going to face her major or critical opration in her life..when paitent had made her mind that i am going to get operated today and this was decided a week back also reconfirmed two days back that today is opration then on whats kind of mental troma your doctors are giving to one cancer patient and i can see that this happens regularly in tata as per fee paitent around us has expressed there experience.

                        After keeping my paitent on fast this doctor from Kharghar said to nurse to inform us that today's opration is cancelled and it will be done in next week Tuesday.. the nurse has expressed this infront of the paitent and she brokedown.. I mean it take guts to get prepared for such opration that to first time and what we are casually getting as a answer that doctors existing opration may get delay due to last minute concern and hence they postponed future opration and I am wondering do you guys work on forecasting?? You only put so many paitent on hold and suddenly release them because it is not happening from your end .

                          If you guys are running an hospital then should its responsibilities accordingly to it. If you can’t running it out then better you can stop it. Bloody hells. Who are attenders to take decisions over here. I’m also a doctor only. Don’t try wasting the doctors values also.

                            It's been more than 4years my father treatment is going on OPD basis. He is not well no improvement and the doctors are more worst and egoistic and don't have a minute to talk to the patient. No communication properly among doctors and they don't care about patient at all. Every time doctor changes in OPD and they don't have any knowledge of disease property. No senior doctors are available. All are interns every time they knows nothing.

                            Because of today I have forgot last time to take an appointment in chest physician at golden Jubilee 304.
                            Then the receptionist said wait the doctor meet you at 2:00pm we wait 10:00 am to 3:00pm then I told the receptionist what we do so the receptionist have very bed behaviour with me and she said to junior doctor to take out the file from the cabin.

                                My file no is CV/41540. My Sister admitted in hospital who was suffering from CA Ovarian. Firstly they don't attend the patient having serve pain. Dr. Aishwarya who is so rude and arrogant that she think is GOD. She shout on all patients and rudely said to my sister that TUMHARA KUCH NAHI HO SAKTA, TUMKO CANCER HAI, HUM LOG KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE, BHAGWAN HI BACHAYEGA TUMHE. She shout on each and every patients. Patients will go in depression and because of depression many couldn't survive. Same happened to my sister, she died.
                                From that day I had done many complaints to Director of TATA HOSPITAL Dr. Badwera. But he is so busy that he didn't reply any of complaint nor taken any action.
                                In the name of cancer Doctors do black marketing of medicine. All are involved in it. I want justice, I want Dr. Aishwarya's medical degree should be cancelled and don't allow her to practice any more.
                                And Black marketing should stop.

                                  I will start narrating a day (30th jan). I reached tata by 8.15 as i had an appointment for pet ct but bcz of person who had made an error putting an appointment for 30th dec, instead of 30th jan online, caused a lot of inconvenience
                                  Rectifying it for an hour then waited till 5 for the number. After the pet ct was done at pet ct 2 we waited for 30min and started our journey back home... after 1 and half hour i get a call from pet ct 2 department asking where are we which made me question why? I got an answer that the scan is not clear and they needed to do more scan to get things clear but as i mentioned i am at kandivali i was told that its not a big issue and we can get it cleared in next scan. I mean really? Really is this a approach of health professional. Is this the value for some1ns life? There are few reasons for which patient is normally asked to wait and keep iv on for min 30min so that simultaneously scans could be crosscheck. As we know its not possible to get scan later for 3 months. Then why was my dads iv waa removed immediately after scan why was the scan not check for that 30min we waited. Why the protocols where not followed bcz today bcz of staffs carelessness my dad is going to stuffer not them. He is the 1n battling dead not them. How such careless approach can be acceptable? I have a strong trust and respect for tata hospital i really dont want that to be a mith. I request a strong action on this immediately if not i will really have to escalate the issue and stand for myself. I hope that extreme is not touched and i am connect from your side for the same

                                    I was in tata memorial hospital for treatment. After 4 month of treatment they discussed about my case and discharge me . They tolde i have only 6 month life. On that time to now time i lived everyday so badly. Now some difficult come to my body so i take treatment in chennai apollo proton center. Because i scared to go again in tata memorial hospital. In tata i lose my money.time. now i dont have enough money for treatment. Now i think to file a case against the hospital. Now give me a solution. Otherwise i will make case.

                                      Lady security guard behaviour with patient and relatives Is very worst.
                                      My mother cannot walk is really unconscious latrine and urine she is doing in bed only that's why we have wear the diaper to patient.
                                      Just I was changing the diaper of my mother the security guard came and told get out and leave the patient alone. Here body not stable sobshe can't stand or walk also .
                                      Security guard is telling me that keep in private and do what you want to do this pathetic behaviour of security guard.
                                      Nobody is there in my family aspect my mom who can take care of here.
                                      This my humble request to the management to take the concern on priority base need the solution on this.
