TATA Motor — refund process

Your recruiters from Mumbai told me to deposit Rs 1800 for the registration and after that they took total RS 45500 in form of security deposit, accomodation deposit and HR commission and when i cancelled the process they asked me to pay GST charge of RS 9000 and they didn't refund my amount and now demanding RS 10000 as refund commision.
